Allan Lichtman, dubbed the “Nostradamus” of presidential election predictions, has once again made a bold proclamation regarding the outcome of the upcoming presidential election. In his recent op-ed video for The New York Times, Lichtman declared that Democratic nominee Kamala Harris will defeat Republican rival Donald Trump in the Nov. 5 election.
